Rob founded Arrowroot Family Office in 2013, and since then, has led the investment committees of Arrowroot Family Office and its affiliated investment partnerships and M&A division. Rob has served on various non-profit Board of Directors, including the Los Angeles Leadership Academy, The Los Angeles Child Development Center, The Pepsi-Co Leadership Center and the Bruin Sig Foundation. Rob resides in Palos Verdes, California, with his wife, Caroline, and their two small children, Toby and Theo.

Andy holds extensive experience in land management. He started off as an owner and manager of Tropical Gardens of Maui in 1983. There, he later became Vice President and served until 2016. Simultaneously, he has been with Nu’u Mauka Ranch since 2001 and is a managing partner. Additionally, for thirteen years, he has held a position as a Board member for Stimson Lumber Company.

Akua was born and raised on Maui, Hawai'i and has spent most of his life living Upcountry and on the Kahikinui Homestead. Growing up on Maui has given Akua a great understanding of the need to protect, restore and replant the native forests in order to return the island to its natural state of vitality.
